Plot[]
A mermaid (sorry, merperson) named Madison finds herself on land, trying to live among people who can't seem to get past the fact that she has a tail. Even after she starts to become accepted, there are others interested in her for darker reasons...

History[]
The channel originally hosted the series The Mermaid Portal, and produced a few short films, some mermaid-related. Its tail was a secondhand Mertailor tail, repainted and refurbished repeatedly, but a new tail was in the works. The series was completed at five episodes, and the creators started a Kickstarter to fund a second season.
